The young players are a great value for the club. They are the guarantee for the future. It may appear that are not particularly skilled, but they are young, they learn fast and have plenty of time ahead. Take care of and you will be rewarded. There is a limit of 25 juveniles per template.On the screen you will see a list of young players who have hired. Clicking on any of them take you to the specs of the player on this tab you can choose to ascend to the youth. This operation has no cost, you only have to pay the salaries of professional that you offer the player. This action is a gesture of confidence by the player to always be grateful and their loyalty to the club will be increased significantly.
The youth coach will notify the manager when:
1) a juvenile is not performing well. That youth may be sold or fire, will not progress much in the media.
2) a youth is ready to promote (it will be marked with a P icon in the list of juveniles). From that moment, the player profile promotable status display with an icon player P. The manager can be promoted to the youth to the first team or sell it. Every day that passes in which the player does not deteriorate promotes quality, morale, etc.
Additionally, if you ascend to a juvenile without being marked as promotable will automatically lower capacity but will not show on the tab.
